Roofing Tear-Offs

Shingles are the classic weight trap: a 20-square tear-off of architectural shingles weighs around 2.5 tons before you add underlayment and flashing. We'll size the can and the tonnage allowance to your square count so the quote matches the invoice. Tell us layers — a two-layer tear-off is a different load than one. Cans placed tight to the eave line where your crew is throwing, with plywood down if it's sitting on the customer's driveway. Your customer's driveway is your reputation; we treat it that way.

Remodels & New Construction

• Kitchen/bath remodels — 10 or 15 yard; cabinets and tile go heavier than people expect
• Whole-home renovation — 20 yard with scheduled swap-outs so the site never backs up
• New construction — phased service: one can through framing and drywall, swap for finish phase, final haul before grading
• Demo debris — plaster, masonry, and concrete are dense; we'll spec loading depth so you don't eat overage

How We Work With Crews

Call the day before you need the swap and it's there before your crew is. Placement follows your site plan — clear of the drive lanes, the well drill, the septic field, wherever the next trade needs to get.
